Kettle Consultants provides learning and development solutions to organisations worldwide. Our participatory approach ensures that local and international responders are fully equipped to work safely, collaboratively, and productively before, during and after large scale natural and complex disasters.
We work with governments and state institutions, and local organisations to develop coherent strategies, focusing on building the capacity of staff and partners. We assess existing capabiities and training infrastructure, and then collaborate ton design and facilitate inclusive and accessible learning programmes that will drive operational effectiveness and build social inclusion.

Kettle Consultants was founded by Emma Kettle, a Learning and Development specialist with over 20 years of experience in the field. Emma trained as a teacher in the UK, before relocating to Australia and focusing on training for aid and development organisations, and leadership consulting with international corporate bodies.
Emma is a highly sought after facilitator and her experience includes designing and facilitating training across Australia, Asia Pacific, Africa, and the Middle East with a focus on cultural competency, humanitarian skills building, leadership, and team effectiveness. Her client base includes UN Agencies, foreign and Australian government agencies, and corporate and not-for-profit clients.
